Refund Policy

We do not except Refunds or Returns once Decal is made. We will replace for free any Decal that you receive that is incorrectly Produced, be it wrong size or wrong color that is specified on the order form and there will be no need to return the incorrect one. 

If you made a mistake on what you ordered but did not catch it before decal is made or sent Please send us an email or call us and we will work that out on a case by case bases.

Custom Work

Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

RMA's

If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website for a approval, we will provide you with a RMA and the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.

When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
